We stay at this hotel every year when coming to Woodbury outlets to Black Friday shopping and it never disappoints. The friendly staff working, clean rooms and hotel lobby. I look forward to staying with them each year

Awesome Hotel! Loved feeling the holiday atmosphere with the amazing decorations i took selfies in front of the Christmas tree! Stanley checked me in he was the perfect Host and gave me detailed information about the facility and let me know if i needed anything to let him know. The Room: was clean and bed was super comfortable. They have breakfast as well with a great selection and parking was awesome!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Needless to say, if you want a quiet room, you won’t get one unless your neighbor is quiet. We could hear snoring from the other room and then at 3am in the morning I woke up to a guy having phone conversations, several throughout the early mornings. I couldn’t get sleep until 6am. I have no idea why they make paper thin walls where you could even hear a fart in the other room. It was a sleepless night.

The hotel was very clean, easy to find and easy to park. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Most disappointing was the gym. The gym tv did not work right with the remote and treadmill completely broken. It’s tiring to find a hotel with a gym and many times it’s not maintained.
