The property was fine. The room was fine. The big issue that we had with our stay is that the people staying in the room directly next to us was having a big party with multiple people in there, and it eventually broke out into arguments in fights, recalled 3 times throughout the night and did not get any sleep. I know that a fight is not in control of the staff but I feel with the severity of what situation was and us calling multiple times throughout the night in early morning that we should have been accommodated for our stay because it really made it unpleasant

Hot tub could’ve been a bit hotter, and the area around the windows were littered with dead dragon flys. Our Tv also didn’t work. And the hot tub bleached my sister and I’s bikinis.

It started off on the wrong foot but Hotel.com helped and things went smoother. In addition, Cindy at the hotel, dreadlocks guy, and Brenda made my stay above my expectations after it started on the wrong foot. Brenda housekeeper kept everything in order, dreadlocks guy excellent customer service and Cindy kept me from losing my mind … I needed her calm friendly persona to get back on the right track. Very pleased with my stay with the help of Hotel.com and the above mentioned people.
