What I didnt like about the property was the pool. First it was not heated as advertised on the website. Second our key wouldnt work to open the door. I went to front desk and he was able to open the pool door but said my key must have gotten demagnatized. That was a lie another guest was trying to get in and the same thing happened to them. Third the pool is falling apart and it didnt look like anyone cleaned it in weeks. Really disappointing.

The hotel is due to be upgraded in 2026, as it doesn't have some basics like extractor fans in the bathrooms. Location is dead central and noise not a problem. Shout out to. receptionist Sebastian who was a whirlwind at resolving issues. Nice staff and fabulous town.

Staff very friendly, great area . Room not very clean. There was green toothpaste on the tissues our whole visit. ( not from us, we had white toothpaste) Not an issue at all but we found odd there was a room next to us that had no entrance from the hallway, no room # but a connecting door in our room.

Very convenient property for Newport. Nice to be able to park and walk everywhere. Very nice staff and rooms on the water offer a nice spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning.
