The carpet in the room was extremely dirty !the night stand had food and something sticky on it . Was charged a 6 dollar fee for using hotels .com

I was so disappointed with what I saw on line as apossed to the actual appearence of the rooms. there was a dingy look to the bedding and dirty spots in the room and hallway floors.

I'm still waiting for the refund I was told I was getting for NOT staying and instead I'm continuing to get these emails asking "how was my stay?" Once again, I DID NOT STAY. Blood and possible dried vomit on the mattress. Staff was no help at all when asking for clean sheets and a clean mattress cover. Showed me another room that had a dirty foot print on top of the bed. RM# 102 and 101.

The cost was decent for an overnight stay. The air conditioner in the hall,and elevator wasn't working. Some of the sockets in room didnt work. This hotel could use an upgrade.

Our stay was very nice. Eric, the guy at the desk was extremely nice, we were in town for a funeral and needed to change and helped us check in early so we could get dressed. Room was clean, A/C worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

The only ice machine I could find was on the lobby floor and it didn't work. The employee in the lobby filled my ice bucket rom a cooler in the kitchen. The vending machine in the lobby also didn't work. When I asked the employee, he told me it was a third party vendor. No other explanation. The breakfast was subpar. The sausage was undercooked, and the muffins were not appealing.

Waffle batter made my husband and me sick. The breakfast options were extremely small. Checking in took us at least almost 20mins, because the guy didnt have anything prepared and he was tripping over his words. The toilet seat was so small as well, leaking faucets a lot not a little, internet was absolutely horrible. Something was wrong with the bed im not sure if the box spring or frame was broke but you'd automatically roll to the middle of the bed. So, needless to say we didnt sleep well at all. But something was bad but we are both sick and we both had the waffles.

Everything was pretty dirty. We had to ask them to reclean our room right after we walked in; after they tried to downgrade the room. The cleaning woman was very sweet and nice but the owners just don't seem to care. They did not have enough towels for all the guest as we didnt even have enough for everyone in our room to have 1 towel. We had to have the sheets on the bed changed as soon as we got there due to huge stains. You needed a key card to get through any doors; including the restroom by the front desk which seems very strange to me. I would never stay here again. The only nice thing about this stay was that it was close to what we needed.
