My room, especially the bathroom was not clean. There were stains in the bathroom wall and sink and the room was terribly dated. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk upon arrival was lovely! Very accommodating and helpful!

Before I left the morning of Saturday I asked to have my room cleaned just before 8am, no one passed the message to the housekeeping staff, the heat in room had to be put on 77-80 to work properly, breakfast was $15 and there was no shutter to take me to and from casino. I personally wouldn’t stay there again, will be using Marriott next time. I was irritated it was my birthday so it was awful never again, better luck next time I guess.
