Pleasant stay.

Stayed here a few times over the years just for 1 night or two while visiting benidorm palace, it's just a 5 minute walk away and is ideal. Its always been clean and tidy but the refit is very modern, the staff are very friendly.

We have used this hotel many times before, it is so convenient for benidorm palace. It was always good, but the upgrade has made it more modern. The breakfast was lovely, well presented and hot where appropriate. Could do with an extra bath towel as only one each but everything else great.

There fir my wife's 60th birthdays celebration in Benidorm. We were given a basement room with a view of a rear yard. The patio door would not lock and was therefore insecure. Ordered a special welcome pack to celebrate, but not delivered. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection available.

nice, clean, quiet hotel...5 min walk to the strip..5 min walk to the beach...only negative was that when you had a shower you had to hold the shower head yourself as there wasn't a fixture for it on the wall...we found that a bit odd for a 4* hotel

A group of 13 travellers. Fastest friendly book in ever. Really nice clean 4 star hotel. Breakfast is large and varied. Breakfast room is always clean and well run. Rooms are spacious and include coffee and tea making facilities. Even though this is not advertised. Late check out as standard 12.00. Varied entertainment in evening. Nice pool with snack and drinks van nearby.

Todo excelente, excepto los turnos de piscina la gente ponia sus toallas se iba a comer y luego la siesta y las dejaban ahi cogidas, y los ke ibamos en turno no teniamos donde poner nuestras toallas y mientras tanto ahi reservadas sin usar hasta ke bajaban de su siesta y tan panchos ya las tenian reservadas, hubo bastantes criticas de clientes a la socorrista al respecto eso deberian prohibirlo es una falta de educacion total no la ocupan ni tampoco dejan ocuparlas a los demas clientes que bajan.
