Amazing home in Nexø with kitchen

Beautiful vacation home in green and quiet surroundings just 350 meters from a fantastic beach.



Welcome to this vacation home that has much to offer for young and old. The heart of the house is the large combined living and dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen (with cooking island), so that cooking does not have to take place isolated from the other guests. The living room is a great place to relax in front of the flat-screen TV and enjoy the warmth and cozy sounds of the fireplace in the winter. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating.

The house has a beautiful and spacious outbuilding (20 m2 out of a total of 107 m2), which is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed, a nice bathroom, a washing machine, a dryer and a radio.



From the outbuilding you have access to a covered, south-west facing wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings. You also have access to a larger, partially covered, south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture. All in all, there are many different cozy corners outside, so you'll always have a nice place to sit where the sun is shining (or not shining, if you prefer shade). The kids will love being outside, as there are both swings with climbing tower, a sandbox and several outdoor games for them to enjoy.



Snogebæk has much to offer for a pleasant and beautiful vacation. From a beautiful sandy beach to the charming harbor with the fine old wooden bridge and nice flea markets, modern smokehouse and the beautiful Povls church in Romanesque architectural style. You are located in the southeastern part of the Bornholm coast and therefore not far from all the exciting sights in Nexø and the beautiful beach of Dueodde.
