There are many charming details in the well-equipped house from 1950, which was renovated in 2017. Allow yourself plenty of time to cook in the fine country kitchen, which is connected to a beautiful, bright dining room. Here you can spend many hours over dinner or with games evenings before making yourself comfortable in the living room, relaxing with a good book in front of the tiled stove or using the fast internet connection. From the living room you have access to the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and there is also a carport for your car outside.

When the sun is shining, there is plenty of space to run around and play on the large natural plot. Sommerhaus Balka

Ein schönes Haus. Super ausgestattet, vorallem die Küche und für das Alter dänisch- hübsch eingerichtet. Leider ist die Hauptstraße tagsüber recht laut und leider weckte uns der Baustellenlärm das Nachbarhaus an einigen Tagen ab 7:00 Uhr.
