This charming summer house was built around 1870 as a small farmhouse and offers an authentic and cozy atmosphere. With a living area of 100 m², the house is simple but functional, making it perfect for relaxation.



The house has three bedrooms with space for six people, making it ideal for a family or friends. It is situated on a private 1.8-hectare plot with a 1000 m² garden, featuring lawns, fruit trees, and berry bushes. Here, you can enjoy peace and tranquility in quiet surroundings.



Indoors, you can relax by the wood stove on cool evenings, and there are private parking spaces in the courtyard, making access to and from the house convenient.
