Gorgeous home in Nexø with kitchen

Welcome to this magnificent low energy house from 2017 of high quality and with many good details. Look forward to a cozy natural plot just 150 meters from Balka's beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach.



The whole interior is biz open to the gable and has overfall underfloor heating, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is connected to the large living room, so you can cook quietly and without stress, while talking to the kids in the living room. You can settle in a total of three bedrooms, two of which have a TV. There are also two good box spring mattresses in the loft.



On nice sunny days you can sit on the large wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. If you want to go swimming or jogging, you can rinse off with hot water at the outdoor shower. Should you need more space for cooking, there is a utility room in the outbuilding with, among other things, refrigerator and stove.



The house is centrally located on the beautiful Balka beach, where you can spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. At the small harbor is a nice ice cream shop. You are also not far from charming Nexø, and a trip to cozy Svaneke with many nice stores, restaurants and more is also highly recommended. You will stay here in a popular area with a few minutes walk to restaurants, kiosks and shopping.
