Disgusting establishment!!!! Do not stay here.

This place is disgusting extremely nasty. Bed sheets dirty as if they were never changed and bedbug stains on sheets and mattress. When informed staff of room condition they refused to cancel my reservation and insisted on charging me for the 2 nights. Terrible place and service.

Hotel needs to be updated, we walked in and noticed that the ceiling lamp was on the table we called it and right away a guy came and put it in place, the TV didn’t have signal and again we called and the front desk lady was able to fix it right away, i did not see cockroach, we had a whirlpool in the room and was sparkling clean, the bathroom was clean, bed sheets were actually clean even though we saw stains on the side, ( mattress should be replaced) little hard, but we made it through, breakfast was good and staff were very friendly, our deposit was returned fast, pool was clean and the pool area, we really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from the Falls and restaurants, and yes I would recommend it,.

Gray Stay

Great Stay – 100% Recommended I stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience. The rooms are basic but comfortable, everything was clean, including the bathroom. The pool is in great condition and very enjoyable. Breakfast and parking are included, which is a big plus. Best of all, there's no deposit required and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Would not recommend.

Do not stay in this location. It is filthy. The sheets and mattress covers we're stained, there were even signs of bed bugs droppings. The room smelled air conditioning did not work properly. They had a fan set up on top of the air conditioner. The mattress looked like they had not been changed in decades. Horrible conditions, I would not recommend this place.

The staff are very professional. They very hard to fix the issues. They changed my room to what I ordered after given something I didn't order.and both rooms are horrible. They hotel needs a serious makeover everything is old outdated stained and stinks. The floor wasn't vacuumed soo much trash left on the floor like food droppings.The pool is nice the hot breakfast was good the staff again is very good. I didn't see any bugs and the linen are clean and fresh. I hope the owner sees these issues and remodel the property.

Very basic hotel but good value when you take in to account that you get breakfast free. Had to continuously ask for towels and they wouldn't make your bed if you left your pjs on it

Location is far to walk to the falls. However the price was reasonable, outdoor pool was good, included breakfast and staff were excellent. Parking is free at the site.

Looks are deceiving

The images on line of the family suite that we booked are nowhere near what the room looks like in person. Toilet was dirty, the windows were stained, a hole in the floor where the air vent should be, fans plugged into various locations throughout. The furnishings look as though they were picked up off of the street on trash day. We stayed there a total of 30 minutes and then checked out. To top it off, we weren't even given a full refund even though we didn't stay long enough to get a quick nap. Never ever again!!!!
