The house has a magnificent panoramic view at 180 ° C of the beautiful medieval village of Carros Village to the sea through the hills of Nice.
The villa of 130 m2, located in a dominant position, is composed of 7 rooms including 5 bedrooms and an office, as well as a living room with American kitchen. A beautiful landscaped and planted land of almost 2000 m2 will delight you with its beautiful swimming pool of 5 X 10m, as well as games for children (gantry, table tennis, football goals ...). The car park can hold 3 cars.
The villa is located less than 20 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, about 20 km from Nice, 30 km from Antibes, 40 km from Monaco and Cannes. Highway access (A8) about 12 minutes. The beach of Saint-Laurent du Var is less than 20 minutes away. The beautiful mountains of Mercantour are less than an hour away. The Gorges du Verdon are about 100 km away. Italy within 50 km.
