Do you dream of waking up to perfect silence and gazing out over open fields with af sea view of the Baltic Sea? You are warmly welcomed to a modern and cosy 100 m2 holiday home, where the view and the characteristic lolland landscape set the atmosphere from the very firs moment.



From the covered terace, you can let your eyes rest on the ever-changing sea, feel the fresh breeze, and enjoy the sight of Gedser Lighthouse on the horizon - making your morning cofee or evening barbecue truly special. Whether it´s evening or day, there is a wonderful sense of calm here, and you may be lucky enough to spot pheasants or deer up close in the garden.



Just 300 meters from the house, you will find the Baltic Sea and a bathing jetty - perfect for a morning swim or a refreshing dip. When you feel like it, you can follow the bike path along the coast into Nysted, where an award-winning bakery and charming village atmosphere await. At the same time, you are centrally located for all of Lolland and Falster´s attractions and experiences.



Inside, you will find two completely renovated bathrooms, conveniently positioned at each end of the house - ideal for two families. The two masterbedrooms have new, comfortable beds, så you can sleep peacefully after a day by the sea or exploring Lolland´s sights.

The open kitchen, dining, and living area features a new wood-burning stove, perfect for gathering together to cook, play board games and enjoy cosy moments during your stay.
