A better location than this beautifully appointed cottage offers is not easy to find. The house is built of high quality materials and is located in the 1st row to the beautiful sandy beach. It has four bedrooms and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna as well as an additional bathroom, so the house is well suited for two families. Comfortably furnished living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump in case there is a chilly evening, or just because it is cozy. Functional kitchen with many appliances for preparing meals together. From the house you can see the Baltic Sea and you are not far from a good swimming beach with jetty. The house is located only 1 km from the tranquil trading town of Nysted, with its small charming houses and cozy harbor. A house for a relaxing vacation full of varied experiences.

Traumhafte Lage, schlechter Service und Zustand des Hauses

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Dies lag am tollen Wetter und Lage in der 1. Reihe zum Strand, sowie der guten Gesellschaft. Leider waren für 8 Personen nur 7 Stühle für draußen vorhanden, wovon 1 kaputt war. Auch eine von 4 Liegen war defekt. Objekt insgesamt schmutzig. Keine Reinigung nach Winterpause, so unser Eindruck. Wände aus Pappe (ob Tür zu oder nicht, kein Unterschied) und Matratzen unbequem und quietschend. Steifer Nacken war die Quittung. Novasol lies uns 40 min in der Warteschleife hängen, bevor wir mit jemandem reden konnten. Dann folgte nochmal am nächsten Tag ein Anruf, mit der Frage, was sie akut tun könnten. Die 2 Außenstühle, um die wir gebeten hatten und die uns zugesagt wurden, kamen leider nicht. Danke für die sinnlose Störung im Urlaub. Zudem mussten wir ein Auto außerhalb der Ferienanlage parken, da nur 2 vor der Tür stehen dürfen und diese auch nicht "zu hoch" sein dürfen. T5 mit Hochdach war nicht willkommen. Wäre besser sowas in die Beschreibung zu schreiben bei einem Haus für 8 Personen!!! Schade! Mit ein bisschen Pflege, sicher ein tolles Ferienhaus.
