Horrible experience start to finish. Checked in at 2 pm and waited 4.5 hours for our room to be ready. After a couple hours they promised an upgraded room but that turned out to be the standard room. All of the food options were gross. Bottom shelf alcohol options. The clean beach was the only redeeming part of the trip.

I traveled with my two daughters and we spent 5 days at Moon Palace. It was awesome! Our rooms were gorgeous. The Spa was fabulous! I got a massage, facial, and pedi. The facilities and entire experience at the Spa were amazing. Soo much to do and the food was delicious!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the switch up with the “presentation.” They don’t do time shares but they do lure you into a presentation and your kids have to be there too, for hours. They want you to sign up and they aren’t too nice when you decline. My sister’s family was there and they had a similar experience. So 10s across the board for the entire experience, just be wary of the “presentation” however they do give you spa credits/resort credits. Just stay strong lol and book your stay! You will not regret it! I’m totally going to stay at another Moon Palace next summer, they have so many locations!!

The property was big, lots of food and drink options at any time of day. They have lots of activities and events happening every day. Not the best hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet, there are a lot of people and children. It is very busy there, elevators and reservations are hard to get. You need to wake up very early if you want to get a seat at the pool, plenty of seats at the beach but limited umbrellas.

This stay was just ok. Our room was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. However, there was no balcolny and the space felt extremely crammed. We also found the buffet food lacked variety. The staff continues to be the best part of this resort.vveveryone was friendly and helpful!

The room that was advertised as "Deluxe Resort View" was not the room we were assigned to. The pictures showed a room with a balcony that was able to fit a table and chair, but we were given a room with a French balcony, barely able to fit a person, and the view was of the hotel parking lot.

The hotel and hotel grounds did represent a five star resort. The only complaints is the mattresses aren’t that comfortable unless you prefer a firm mattress. Also, the specialty restaurant aren’t good. The biggest lack was food not tasting good especially in comparison to the Hyatt ziva/zilara. Room service breakfast however was really good,

Amazing experience at Moon Palace. This hotel is great, the atmosphere, the activities and the friendliness. We loved everything about our stay. We would like to say thank you to Chad and Omar Babba, they really took care of us and were amazing. I will definitely be coming back here!
