I had concerns about where I stayed. The pictures on expedia definitely did not represent what the hotel is in real life. Cut my hand on the door where the latch should have flushed the wall but didn't. I asked the hotel lobby customer service to call me concerning my issues. She said she would but never did. I ended up checking out 1 night early on a 2 night stay because of the conditions. They would not address my concerns nor refund me though the hotel was at 30% capacity at best. Not to mention all the homeless roaming the parking lot regardless of the time of day.
Not flush and cut my hand in the shower as I exited.

Almost thought the place was out of service. Not a single light was on in the lobby during check in. Like no other check in I’ve ever experienced. If it hadn’t been a clean room, beds soft and shower having good water pressure, I would have given this place a one star instead of 2.

Very friendly lady that checked me in. She even helped find my phone! Thank you. Nice, clean, quiet room with wonderful sheets and comforter. Convenient with a Cracker Barrel Restaurant across the street and an airport shuttle service. Highly recommend this hotel.

You really can't tell where the hotel actually is, friendly staff. The neighborhood is a little rough, many people begging for $ at the off-ramps. There's a cracker barrel across the street. There was no free breakfast or even coffee, except if you made it on your room.
