I only stayed for one night but i got ther very early, i planned to drop off my luggage and go exploring but staff was able to get me into a room. I was very happy about this as I've been traveling for almost 2 weeks now. The elevator wasnt working but staff very kindly brought my luggage to the room for me. Beautiful and clean room, no issues whatsoever, I'm very pleased that this is where i chose to stay

The food was not good, several of the staff were not friendly. I paid 18 for a take away breakfast that consisted of a vending machine sandwich, chips and an apple. Not a breakfast at all. No way to get clothes laundered, staff had no knowledge of places we could get our clothes washed. Drinks were expensive, food was overpriced and not very good.

This is an excellent hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. 10 minute walk to Temple bar lots of restaurants close by very clean very well appointed rooms. Will stay again if I’m in Dublin

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us when we had trouble with our suitcase. The only downside was the room size—it felt a bit small, and could be cramped for more than three people. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nice lobby, but our least favorite hotel of our Ireland travel. Overlooked a filthy alleyway and we were on low floor so awakened at 6am by delivery trucks and yelling. Rooms were small and AC would not cool properly, had to go through two shifts of desk staff to get a fan for the room. The rooms and hotel were very clean, bathrooms nice, and the man at the desk overnight was very helpful. Overall just not to the level we expected for the price.
