Overall the hotel is old and worn out. The elevator is super shade, randomly stops, clunks ALOT, door have issues opening and closing sometimes. Room smelled like smokeless, most floors smelt like weed, adjoining room had a loud family complete with screaming kids and a barking dog, so that was cool. Everything is bare minimum that is provided, breakfast is ok, again minimum. The staff is very kind and polite, Shortea (our hostess) was the highlight of the stay. She was very kind, polite and helpful with directions and finding stuff local. The hotel isn’t bad, maybe a 2 star, some of the people staying there are sketchy, but it was clean and everything in the room worked properly.

Chauncy, the evening desk attendant, is the best. Knowledgeable, professional, and makes one feel welcome and appreciated. First OKC hotel we booked twice since we began traveling down to OKC last April. Will be back again later this month. Confortable, clean rooms, wifi and great breakfast!

The room was a tiny bit musty, but very clean. The elevator wasn’t very clean. The coffee was empty at 4pm check-in day and the next morning at 7:30. The breakfast was horrible. Cold, stale biscuits, cold sausage patties and breakfast potatoes. No eggs, gravy, cheese or syrup for the waffles. There was sliced bread & bagels and cold cereal. My husband said the apple juice was incredibly watered down. Breakfast was honestly the only real complaint. We went out for breakfast.
