There was internal refurbishment taking place that we were not made aware of. Drilling and construction noises were continuous throughout the day until 5 and reverberated throughout the building and started again the following morning giving no real respite. The reception staff were generally dismissive and seemed powerless to offer any compensation or apologies. Having stayed in a H10 hotel previously in Seville and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were looking forward to our London trip. The walls are paper thin and reverberate with every door closing with every conversation in the corridor is heard. Shame.

The hotel smelled awful in the hallways and the room! Stains all over the floors going to my room! My heating did not work one of the nights it was 1140pm and no one could seem to fix it, leaving the temperature 16 degree Celsius! I have emailed the manager of the hotel approximately a week ago now and have not heard back from anyone about my concerns. The views and pictures of the hotel were nothing like the actual place! Very disappointed especially for the amount of money spent.

When arriving at the hotel it was a quick check in and smooth, got to the room and there was a big dent in the mattress, we was first told to sleep the night and raise it with management the morning Decent location, decent views, clean hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in the junior suite with city views and it was an amazing trip. The room is massive and the views were outstanding. Room came with everything you could need with the addition of sparkling wine and welcome gift. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned each day with turn down service each evening. Rooftop never fails for views of the London Eye. Second time staying at this hotel and another outstanding time. Close and short connection central London and a short 10 minute walk to the London Eye and Big Ben.

Stylish, great atmosphere and food

Clean and comfortable room stylish interiors throughout the hotel. Amazing views and setting at the sky bar. We enjoyed the Spanish tapas and the amazing selection at breakfast too.
