I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last five years, but I’ve never had an experience like this. There was literally urine all over the bathroom floor around the toilet and it was sticky and even smelled. It’s like it had never been touched. I pull up the toilet seat and there’s urine on the toilet that had not been cleaned off to me that is unacceptable for a Cleaning Crew.

Our room was average, nothing exciting and we got the suite thinking it would be nice. The breakfast was horrible, they were out of everything and there was nothing to drink. We had to go hunt down water and there was no coffee - it was always out. Just frustrating when you pay extra to stay at a nice place.
