The hotel and staff were very nice. No microwave or ability to warm food in the room so we had to eat at the restaurant down stairs which wasn’t very good. Otherwise it was great.

Our luggage was lost, and Wallace reslly went above and beyond. We stay here whenever we are in OKC. The onsite restaurant is amazing, we barely ventured out..except for the bartender's awesome restaurant suggestions which were both fantastic. Great customer service, comfy, updated and clean rooms.

Review

I have stayed here before and experienced the same situation with the a/c. It seems that around 2:30AM it is adjusted and I always wake up because it has become too warm. Also it is one of the noisier systems I have encountered in the hall and in the room.
