Before booking I contacted the property to ensure the hot tub was operational. I was assured that it was. Upon check-in I asked a=what time the hot tub closed. I was told 10:00pm. Upon arrival I visited the hot tub to find that I had been lied to and the hot tub was absolutely not functional and had not been for days. It's one thing to have a mechancical failure, but an entirely different thing to blatantly lie to a customer. Very disappointing.

Great stay!

Quick trip to OKC. The hotel was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. Blow dryer in room was not working and brought up a new one in minutes. Bruch at the hotel restaurant was great, as well.

Dangerous bedframes

The corners of the bed frames are very sharp and extend 4 inches beyond the edge of the mattress. I gashed my shin very badly with large amount of blood as I was going to the bathroom. Never had that happen before in other hotels. Can’t give them a good review
