Cant feed the kids?

My stay was3 nights. They did not infrom me of the housekeeping rules. I really hate that. And the pool with no towels. And the bathroom one set of towels was unexceptable. They had a breakfast thatcwas for only one person. I had 2 childern with me. That was not kool.

we went too the pool and hot tub both were disgusting dirt and dead skin was caked on the side on the pool and hot tub. Bath room in that area was disgusting pee everywhere tash all over the bathroom trash can over flowing. The rooms were decent at first till i started noticing things like trash from previous person still in the room no rags couldnt get extra beding for the pull out couch even tho i paid for me and my children to sleep 4 in the room ( fabric was completely shredded on it) no toilet paper other than the little bit left on the roll our shower was broke and flooring in bthrm need repaired water damage and water didnt get very hot i paid for a conjoined room for my uncle he had no towles and a nob for the sink was missing in both bthrms the over flow drains had rust all over them and the slip protector was peels back our second day i noticed roches, there was red stains all over the carpet in our room there was also what looked to be blood on the wall by the elevator on 3rd floor was disappointed but didnt have the money to go else where. best belive i woke up at 8 too leave by 830 was not staying longer than i needed too i didnt even attempt breakfast cause if the rooms look like that i dont wanna see where they prepared their food. Lots of homeless wondering around the parking lot trash was alll over their parking lot as well me and my kids and husband went outside kids were on strip of grass maybe 10ft from us homeless were smoking heroine off tinfoil

Never staying here again

Breakfast was horrible. Gravy and biscuits with no meat. Bananas open at the top. Rowdy guests. Pool cloudy and FULL of people. Floors in the lobby FILTHY. Signs in brakfast area saying that they don't allow you to take breakfast to ypur room. Table wobbling and my breakfast almost ended up in my lap!!! Lady Paying her RENT, because she LIVES there. Police walk in looking for someone. Told one price for 2nd room and was overcharged $17. Booked room to pay at property, the hotel ran my card the day before. If you're going to put in writing that my card won't be charged, i expect you to honor that. Manager trying to justify it saying what if i didn't show up, he would lose money because of the volleyball tournament. I have yet to understand how that affected my card being run when i selected the "pay at the property" option. Bathroom floor in my had not been swept or mopped, and hair of a different ethnicity was in the tub. I will DEFINITELY NOT be staying here again... lEVER!!!

Good location- good price

Room was clean, but bathroom fixtures were old. .. tub needed replacing and toilet was so low to ground that sr citizens like us had trouble using it. Bed was very comfortable. Location close to airport and shuttle provided.

It’s better sleeping in your car. Sketchy location. Dirty bathrooms that we did not want to use in. Water temperature was awful. Many people under the influence at this hotel. The pool was nice, but the concrete around it was mucky and dirty. Our bed also had bed bugs on it.
