I prepaid for my entire stay and the hotel still charged my card for the stay 2 days after I left. They've admitted their wrongdoing and issued a refund but I'm unable to access my own money for 5-10 business days do to their incompetence! They take it out instantly and admit that it's their fault but wont return it instantly? It's 2025 and this is an operation I'd expect in the 90s. I should be compensated for them unfairly withholding my own money from me but all i got was sorry. Call us in 2 weeks if you haven't received your refund. That's trash!

The property overall was very welcoming. Enjoyed using the pool area. The continental breakfast had quite a bit of variety. Glad to see a fridge and microwave in the room, but I would suggest to have a larger fridge with a freezer section (could be placed in the large cupboard space under the TV). I would stay there again.

My family had a great time at this hotel. The food was great, hotel was one of the best hotel o stayed in. Staff was amazing, especially Linda. She went the extra mile for my family - it was late, we needed to wash our dirty clothes, there were machines already used up, so we had to wait, Linda offered to take our laundry to her staff laundry for us, and end up washing and drying it for us. I offered her a tip, and she politely decline, which was a different experience I never had before. She save me allot of time as it was already midnight and I was very tired. Thank you Linda.
