Exceptional villa with stunning views located in the mountains, quiet area in a beautiful urbanization that is 10 minutes from the town of Oliva and 20 minutes from the beaches.

Composed of three bedrooms with closets, two bathrooms, large living room with large windows overlooking the garden and pool, kitchen and a loft. Appliances: Oven, cooker, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, iron and TV. Capacity 6 + 2 people. The 300m2 villa is surrounded by large terraces with swimming pool and large private gardens overlooking the sea. Includes Air Conditioning and WIFI. Outdoor area with covered barbecue and garage for two cars.
