Family Beach Club Sevilla I is an apartment located on the beachfront of L'aigua Morta in Oliva Nova, the southernmost area of Oliva. Located in a privileged place of the Mediterranean with numerous and splendid beaches of fine golden sand, with shallow waters that extend along 8'5 km and are known throughout Europe for their unmatched naturalness, beauty and quality. Features that, together with the warm weather and a wide range of services, make the beaches of Oliva a preferred destination to enjoy holidays at any time of the year.
Family Beach has its homes in the Oliva Nova residential area, with its attractive sports and services offer. On the one hand golf, with an 18 hole course. Tennis, water sports and a shopping center in the center of the complex.
Located 88 kilometers south of Valencia (VLC Manises airport 93 km) and 95 km north of Alicante (Altet Airport 108 km)
Family Beach Club Sevilla I is located, just in front of the entrance of the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort hotel. FREE WIFI 4G. We just painted and changed all the furniture. Sofa, exterior interior tables and chairs, beds, lights, all kitchen utensils, etc. February 2018

The complex has a pool and green area, for use by residents. The apartment is completely renovated in February 2018, free Wifi, furniture, kitchen and dining utensils, sheets and towels, etc. A bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 bed and integrated bathroom. Bedroom with two single beds of 90 x 1.90. Sofa bed 1.40 x 1.90 in living room. Second full bathroom. Dining room with kitchenette. Round Table for 6 people
It also has a terrace with new table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast and outdoor meals (new extensible awning).
The complex has a private pool to share with the rest of the houses. Also on the ground floor, it has a private outdoor area with enough space to leave, chairs, umbrella and other beach equipment, not having to climb anything to the apartment , avoiding the typical inconvenience of sand in the house.
