Great value, amazing pool and hot tub!

Loved the fact that there were carbon monoxide detectors in rooms and public spaces. This isn’t common in my experience and I very much appreciate the commitment to safety. Breakfast was fantastic- plenty of options both hot and cold, rooms were clean and spacious, pool was thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and it did not disappoint! This is an older hotel so you will notice some spots where repairs have been made or some items showing wear/age but overall it was a great value for the price and the amenities are fantastic and the cleanliness was top notch. Only suggestion I’ve got is to do away with little toiletries and go for refillable wall mounted bottles!

It was not a great stay. We aren't against kid-friendly hotels but literally there were at least 30 kids that overtook the pool and hot tub (the hot tub was the main reason we booked here to begin with!) Super heavy with the chlorine too so we didn't even go in. The beds were adequate, the bathroom and shower were pretty clean but the common areas were not. Breakfast was alright but the coffee was not great. Luckily, Stories Coffee was nearby.

Not very well taken care of. Traveling with dogs and room I was put in smelled like urine. Dog area is right by garbage and very dirty and full of dog poop. Stairwells and areas around property had garbage. Shower heads probably worst pressure ever in a hotel

Don’t throw away your money here

The front desk was unprofessional and inexperienced. There was an awful smell of marijuana from the lobby all the way up to the fourth floor where my room was located. The bathroom was really dirty and dusty. There was no breakfast available even though the website says there is.

Had a room next to a room with a dog that would bark loud anytime someone was in the hall. Having kids the dog barking would wake them up at night. Plus the coffee machine (mind you the only one) broke in the morning and nobody was fixing it.
