Just OK

I arrived to the hotel at 10.30pm. Receptionist must have been in a bad mood, she did not even looked at me and she was talking way to soft for me to hear/understand what she was saying. Not friendly at all. Sorry her mood ruined my experience with the hotel. I stayed at the Tru hotels before. This one did not look as clean as the other ones. Bed sheets looked like they were not changed between guests. Breakfast was ok.

Great stay but noisy

As others have noted there is no carpet on the floors so seems much cleaner however it also makes footsteps and any other noise in the hall and above very loud. Other than that it was great

Room location matters

Make sure to ask for rooms that face away from 72nd St traffic as there is constant traffic noise all night.

Room 252 is above or near some kind of noise that sounded as if it was a trash truck pulling up every 20 minutes. Very annoying while you're trying to sleep. The staff is incredible. The ambience of a hotel, not so much.

There were issues with the card reader system, but they were handled promptly. Breakfast pancakes were cold. News on the TV at breakfast that you couldn't get away from. Lots of boys running the halls up until curfew. Just another night in Omaha.

Overall clean and comfey bu not very soundproof. Could hear people above. Not super loud but audible. Heard voices of people talking as well. Not yelling, jusy conversing in room next door or room above.

Hotel was nice. They were clean. Convenient to Ralston (Liberty credit union arena) which was a.straight shot down the road, but due to road construction over the bridge, its hard for Lift taxi to figure out how to.drive around. Lol Hotel was great.
