Room location matters

Make sure to ask for rooms that face away from 72nd St traffic as there is constant traffic noise all night.

Room 252 is above or near some kind of noise that sounded as if it was a trash truck pulling up every 20 minutes. Very annoying while you're trying to sleep. The staff is incredible. The ambience of a hotel, not so much.

There were issues with the card reader system, but they were handled promptly. Breakfast pancakes were cold. News on the TV at breakfast that you couldn't get away from. Lots of boys running the halls up until curfew. Just another night in Omaha.

Overall clean and comfey bu not very soundproof. Could hear people above. Not super loud but audible. Heard voices of people talking as well. Not yelling, jusy conversing in room next door or room above.

Hotel was nice. They were clean. Convenient to Ralston (Liberty credit union arena) which was a.straight shot down the road, but due to road construction over the bridge, its hard for Lift taxi to figure out how to.drive around. Lol Hotel was great.

Lazy, lying cleaning staff.

The cleaning crew are useless. We were due a cleaning and they said our DND placard was on the door. It was not. Next day we come back...trash emptied & floor mat folded on shower door. Beds...not made...seriously? New excuse...you had something on your bed. They aren't allowed to move anything. We did NOT have anything on either bed. So, either they were vindictive or incompetent. Neither is a good look. Discussed with front desk on my leaving. No attempt at all to provide any sort of allowance for the incompetence. We were there 8 nights. Beds were changed 1 time....We will NOT stay there again. We had in the past, we were repeats.

The room was good expect for someone running down that halls all times of night there was no ice buckets in room and housekeeping isn’t cleaning behind the bed
