Holiday Apartment 'Ferien Bei Patricia' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday apartment 'Patricia' is located in the beautiful Orba Valley, surrounded by mountains and orange groves. The cities of Denia, Calpe, and Xabia can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Beautiful, spacious, and quiet sandy beaches are about 20 minutes away.



The 30 m² apartment features a small, fully equipped living kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. Amenities include fans, air conditioning, and heating.



Wi-Fi, internet TV (with Netflix), as well as English and German TV channels are available. The kitchen offers a microwave, air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine.



In the separate outdoor area with seating and loungers, you will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, stove, and oven. Beach loungers and towels are provided free of charge. Upon request, you receive fresh bed linen once a week. Towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products are provided. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and there is a lockable garage for bicycles at the step-free separate entrance of the apartment.



Restaurants, shops, supermarket, and swimming pool are 2 to 5 minutes away on foot. A shopping center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is also a good bus connection.



The Orba Valley is an ideal starting point for road cyclists, hikers, and cyclists, as well as for city trips, since Orba is located between Valencia and Alicante (about 1 hour by car each). The climate is mild and warm all year round.



Pets and children are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and events are not allowed. Please observe waste separation at this accommodation.
