Campoamor Consum supermarket is just a 5-min walk. The huge Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre is 4km away and a bus service is available from the adjacent street to bring you there.

La Caleta is the closest part of the usable coastline, which is directly in front of the complex. Playa Pequeña Cabo Roig beach can be easily accessed on foot (800m). Other beaches and marinas are located nearby. Alicante Airport

is just 50 min away by car (55km). A private underground car parking space is included. Pets and parties are not allowed. Bed linen, beach and pool towels is included in the price. Elevators are available in the building.
