A lovely home in the PAU8 area of Villamartin only a 5 minutes walk to the world-famous Villamartin Plaza.

This 2.5 bed 2 bath apartment has a large spacious outdoor area to relax, dine and sunbathe as well as its own Private Pool!

On entering the home you have a dining area for 4 and the living room area seating 5 with an open fireplace as well a full UK TV package and FREE WIFI plus airconditioning. There is a large kitchen with all of the mod con's required to cater for your holiday nights in or the BBQ by the pool. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes as well airconditioning. The second bedroom has 2 single beds as well as built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has one single bed. There is a fully fitted main family bathroom and a fully fitted shower room as well. The apartment has all you need for a fantastic holiday in Spain. Outside you have a large spacious area to dine, simply relax on one of the sofa's, sunbathing around the pool, and if it's too hot take a dive in your own private pool. There is also a nice BBQ area for those evenings in and even friends around you may have met. If you want to join the community, there is also a large community pool to enjoy.

The apartment is just a five-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown\'s Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
