Located 3.5 km from the beautiful beach of LA ZENIA and next to the golf courses of Villamartin and Campoamor. This apartment with a capacity of 4 people has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (one with 1 double bed of 1.60m, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms (with underfloor heating) and toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room. Television with channels in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Belgian... and wifi). It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as storage space, a terrace without overlooking neighbours of 14m² with an unobstructed 180° sea view, a balcony in the master bedroom, a parking space (25) underground (opening with remote control). Air conditioning (hot and cold) is managed by an Airzone central unit. The electrical appliances are absolutely complete.
