The flat is cosily furnished for a family of 4, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry machine, in a safe and pleasant naigbourhood.
A remarkable advantage is the new water filter recently installed close to the tap water, meaning you can tap drink water directly, instead of buy distilled water every day!
The large pool in the garden is so popular to the kids, safely protected with 6 gates.
Our flat is just walking distance from Punta Prima beach and Playa Flamenca beach, 5 minutes drive from the large shopping center La Zenia Bourlevard Commenciale, with hundreds of shops and restaurants.
Within 30 minutes you will can access to over 10 golf courses, among them las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Lo Romero, Visabella and La Finca etc.
You are welcome to use our linnens and towels, the laundry fee is included in the keyhandling and cleaning fee of 80 euros (payable to the Keyhandler upon arrival), who also can arrange airport pickups (for 50 euros).

Easy check in. The apartment was clean, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Only downside was no AC in the 2nd bedroom. “Manager” was great. Thanks

Lovely apartment although not in much as we had car.

Geraldine was fantastic, nothing was a problem. We hope we were not too noisy as her apartment was just below us. Only thing we missed was tv no uk programs at all

Weekend retreat

El apartamento en sí no está mal, pero un poco descuidado. Le falta renovar ciertas cosas, y eso hace q dé sensación de dejadez. Echamos de menos aire acondicionado en el segundo dormitorio, o a cambio un ventilador en condiciones, ya que el que tiene es de juguete. La lavadora no funcionó durante la semana q estuvimos. La persona encargada de la entrega de llaves y posibles incidencias está en el piso de debajo, y si la necesitas te resuelve rápido. En definitiva, con un poco de renovación estaría genial.

Un Gran apartamento

El apartamento está en una urbanización cerrada con jardines y piscina, en un primero, con una gran terraza cerrada de orientación sur cerrada con cristales, que da a los jardines de la urbanización. La terraza nos pareció muy cómoda y acogedora. El apartamento consta de dos dormitorios con dos camas y dos baños, y un salón con cocina, muy bien amueblado y muy bien preparado. La comunicación con el dueño, fue constante, y se preocupo que estuvieramos comodos. Completamente recomendable. Repetiremos cuando volvamos por alli.
