Let your soul relax with a welcome sangria in the shady outdoor area or enjoy sunbathing on your own loungers in the sun-drenched, large courtyard; or on the balcony. To cool off, swim in one of 3 pools that are part of the complex and can only be reached with the key given to you. With us you can feel comfortable and safe all round. An extensive guest book is available so that you do not need to waste time finding your way around your holiday location. Here you will find all information about shopping, bus and taxi connections, leisure activities, sights, excursion destinations, shopping miles up to important telephone numbers and addresses of doctors, pharmacies and hospitals.
For a social evening, everything you need is available - and more. Would you like a punch bowl? Shake a cocktail? Grilled pizza? Paella? All accessories and the associated recipes are available.
All rooms in the house are light and airy and additionally protected from annoying mosquitoes by means of insect screens.

The house has 3 air conditioners (1 x living room, 2 x bedroom)

In the cozy living area there is a flat-screen LCD TV and DVD player for young and old board games and a well-stocked bookcase.
The couch is equipped with a bed function (innerspring with slatted frame 2.00 x 1.40)

Also on the lower floor is a new shower room with a toilet and a wall dryer, as well as a modern, bright dining area with an open kitchen.
This is equipped with a fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill function, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, coffee machine, electr. Juicer, slotted toaster, kettle, electr. Blender set and extensive cookware and tableware.
Behind the kitchen there is a patio with a play box and beach umbrellas, brackets and a washing machine, as well as an ironing board and iron.

On the upper floor you will find a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower partition, toilet and a spacious washing area with an illuminated make-up mirror and wall dryer.
A heater with radio remote control is also available.

Right next door is a newly furnished bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a flat-screen LCD TV.
Opposite a newly renovated, large bedroom with double bed, closet and chest of drawers.
From here you get to the cozy balcony where you can admire the sunrise early in the morning with a coffee or a freshly squeezed orange juice.

Grilling takes place in a suitable place in our courtyard. Our kettle grill has some accessories such as. B. a vegetable pan, a chicken grill with a can and a pizza stone.
The villa is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, children are welcome. Baby cot and high chair can be pre-ordered by email if required.

The energy costs and the deposit are to be transferred to the house owner together with the house rent. The costs for the final cleaning and any rented cot / high chair are paid on arrival / handing over the keys to our property manager Robert.
He will be at your disposal for any questions and will be your local contact in the event of problems.
The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after checking the house without complaint.
