It is a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets.The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Neighborhood:
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 20 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
There are many different beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
