This beautiful holiday home is located in an upscale urbanization. You can reach the beach of Punta Prima in a few minutes on foot.

For the hot summer days you have a communal pool that is only shared by a few neighbors.

This house has a total floor space of about 80 square meters. Another extension of approx. 24 sqm can be used as an additional bedroom. Thus, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The living room and the master bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

If you want to stay outside, you can do so on the cozy terrace on the ground floor, enjoy your breakfast on the balcony next to the bedroom or relax with a barbecue on the roof terrace (solarium).

If you don't want to do without modern media, you can use the WLAN or watch German, Spanish, Russian, English or other foreign-language programs via satellite.

Dishes for 12 people are available. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils if you want to prepare your own meals.

You can park directly at the house. All important shops (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity (radius of 400 meters)

WLAN costs in the period from 01.09. until 31.05. a fee of €25.00. (Wifi is free in summer)
With a very high power consumption of more than 50 kWh per week, each KW is charged at €0.40.
If you want to arrive later than midnight, you must discuss this beforehand and find a solution there. Arrival after midnight is NOT permitted.

When booking, please note that the pool area may be closed outside of the high season if renovations are being carried out there. Therefore, pool access cannot be guaranteed outside of the high season.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Anlage

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, welche teilweise von Feriengästen, teilweise von Eigentümern bewohnt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Haus selber müsste einiges erneuert werden (z. B. das Silikon in der Dusche) und regelmäßiger instandgesetzt werden (Markisen sind total zerfetzt vorne, die Stangen rostig und sie lassen sich teilweise schwer drehen) Unser Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La casa está bien situada, en una urbanización tranquila donde parece que se respetan los horarios de sueño. para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche, tiene cerca restaurantes y centros comerciales con supermercados, se echa de menos un sitio para pasear ya que está muy cerca de la carretera general. La limpieza muy bien excepto la tapicería del sofá del salón. Las camas cómodas, menaje de cocina etc bien. Como pega pondría el cobro extra del consumo de la luz. Nosotros sin poner el aire acondicionado ni un día excedimos la luz incluida en el precio del alquiler... Aunque solo en 90 céntimos. En general muy bien. La casera muy amable. Si lo recomendaría.

Saubere Wohnung und kinderfreundliche Umgebung

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse war für 5 Personen etwas klein, aber gemütlich. Der Pool hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Der Strand, den man nach längerem Fussmarch erreichen konnte, war nicht so schön. Aber mit dem Auto konnte man sehr herrliche Strände in der Nähe finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Insgesamt eine entspannte Urlaubsgegend.

Super Haus und super Pool

Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Wetter war grandios und wir haben oft im Pool gebadet. Die Wohnung war super und sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Tolle Einrichtung und alles sehr groß. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar gewesen. Es gibt dort aber viele wirklich tolle Strände. Auch das Einkaufszentrum Zenia ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
