Maintenance during your stay will not be available unless it is an emergency or security concern. The home is inspected after each guest. This is a very important home to us, please respect and treat it as your own.

Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. Glass is hard to clean out of a pool and it’s equipment!

Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to severe allergies. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, a additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external security video cameras located on the sides of the home, recording the lanai entrances/exits.

No unauthorized fires inside or outside the property.

Should temperature reach under 45 degrees pool heat will be halted with refund of pool heating as needed for equipment safety.

Guest are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. June 1st to Nov 1st is hurricane season. Refunds will default to AirBNB policy.

There is no United States Postal Service to this address.
