The community has recently opened a 2nd clubhouse with additional water slides, a splash pad, pool, mini golf and bar / restaurant.

Champions Gate Resort is ideally located with easy access to all of the Orlando attractions. Enjoy World Class Theme Parks, Outlet Shopping Malls, and Championship Golf Resorts.

You'll be a quick drive from a wide range of local restaurants or a quick walk from the Oasis Clubhouse which has a restaurant and a full service bar.

The Oasis Clubhouse also features two huge resort style pools. Including a fun pool with a water slide, splash park, and a lazy river to accommodate guests of all ages. Rental of one of the fully serviced cabanas is also an option for a more luxurious experience.

The house comes stocked with an Xbox One, Xbox 360, and over 30 games for the competitors in your party. We also have a Foosball table and Pool table in the game room!

Pool Heat Is An Extra Charge.
Pool/Spa Heat is an additional $25 per day. Please make note upon booking your accommodation that you would like to add this amenity.

Pool heaters maintain a water temperature with a maximum of approximately 88 degrees. 80-degree water temperature will still feel 'fresh' when the outside temperature is in the high 70's/80's.
The pool heater operates for 12 hours each day at the same time as the pool pump is running. For this reason, the pool will feel a little cooler first thing in the morning and will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
Cold nights will render it less likely that optimum temperatures will be reached during the daytime.

The pool is visited on a weekly basis by qualified pool technician and certified COPS and the pool water is checked using Taylor Test Kits. If there happens to be heavy rainfall then worms, insects and debris can end up in the pool - we provide a pool net for your use in between the pool visits.

With a resort like Champions Gate, you can have a complete family dream vacation without ever leaving the property.
However, with such close proximity to so many of Orlando's world famous attractions, you will also be ideally located to experience all the fun and excitement the city has to offer without excessive travel time.

The property is located right off of I-4, your gateway to all of the area attractions.

This beautiful home was the perfect location for our 3 adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The house met expectations and provided us with all amenities desired. Villa is just as pictured! Very spacious! Loved our time here, had an issue with the water not turning off and Tom the owner was so quick to reply. Comfy family stay

We recently stayed for a week and can't say enough about the place. Did not disappoint. Kids loved the pool at the house and we enjoyed the spa especially after long days at the parks. Spacious rooms, clean etc. The ability to use the tail clubhouses was perfect for the days at home. Tom was very attentive to all our wisdoms questions or needs. Definitely recommend!

Dream family vacation home in Orlando!

This was a wonderful house to stay at during our Orlando vacation with our family of 7. There was so much space for everyone to have their own room. Two beautiful master bedrooms with large en suite bathrooms. Everything looked modern and clean. The best part was the beautiful pool and hot tub which was heated from morning until night. Our host, Tom, was a pleasure to work with, always responding right away and very helpful. We will definitely want to come back!

Great Family Vacation

Tom’s place is as listed. Fantastic. Plenty of space for larger groups though we only had 3 of us there. It is a 4 minute walk to the clubhouse. Tom is very quick to respond and eager to help. We had no issues during our stay and would absolutely book the house again.
