Our stay was pretty good for the most part. A little confusion when we went to check in as I was told previously where we would be located, but upon checking in, we were put in a different building (500). It ended up being decent. The room was nice and the beds were actually comfy. They had it stocked with towels, laundry detergent, clean kitchen wear and such. Downside was the elevator was wonky. It jumped around when it was supposed to be stopped and the door wouldnt open, so we had to hit the "open" button. Also our ceiling fan clicked and ticked so we couldn't use it. Only other complaint was the "children" and "young teens" jumping in and out of the hot tub. There should have been an "Adult Time" or "Nobody Under 18" sign. At least for later in the night from 8-11pm. It was hard to relax. Other than that, it all went well.

I will come back here it’s amazing my family loved it and I love the conjoining rooms for families. Amazing property, my hope for them in the future is to expand the water park.

Amenities were nice and the facilities. The room needed some updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. It felt near stuff but not to the extent that you can walk. Overall things went well and they had fun activities.

Security to enter resort. The property was clean all staff was nice. The suite we stayed in was clean had all utensils that are needed to eat in the kitchen.washer and dryer worked great. Kids loved the pool and water slide, we walked around and found the playground and mini gulf which was great even played basketball. The drive to downtown disney and universal was not long at all. Great place would definitely stay their again

Upon arrival there was some confusion on room accommodation even after I put in a request a month or so earlier when booked. I spent at least a couple hours, multiple visits to the concierge desk, and two moves to finally get into a unit. The unit wasn’t what to be expected and was an outdated unit. When I approached the front desk and the on duty manager they said they could only accommodate a move to a newer unit which I had last year when I stayed there would be if I paid a $575 increase in total for my stay because of it. In reality when you go on any booking website to reserve a unit there is no difference in price to book a two bedroom condo or their high rise unit, so it was just a ploy to get additional funds from me at the time. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Pool area was nice. However, I would appreciate being told in advanced that I cant bring beer purchased from one bar area into another. also, it was disturbing to find a single sock and thong in the dryer.

This property exceeded our expectations! We didn’t realize all of the amenities included until we arrived. Our kids loved watching for turtles and birds in the on-property ponds and of course they loved having multiple pool options . Staff throughout the property was friendly, even though not always the quickest in the poolside bar. Definitely would return!
