Additionally, a charming room awaits with two twin beds, perfect for accommodating extra guests or family members.

Venture upstairs to discover the enchanting bedrooms that await you. An expansive bedroom welcomes you with a plush full-size bed, providing a serene space to rejuvenate after a day of adventures. Adjacent to it, another room features a playful twin bunk bed, creating a lively atmosphere for the young or young at heart.

Continuing the journey, a stylish bedroom showcases a queen-size bed, enveloping you in tranquility and supreme comfort. Immerse yourself in its embrace and let all your worries melt away as you indulge in a blissful night's sleep.

Unwind by taking a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of the many chairs, basking in the warm Florida sun. Socialize or enjoy a book in the lanai area, complete with comfortable seating and a spacious dining table.

If you desire an early check-in or late checkout, simply inform us two days in advance, and for a small additional fee, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Pool heating is also available at $70 every five days, and please note that if your property includes a grill, there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience, but kindly ask that you bring your own laundry detergents.

We understand that pets are cherished members of your family, and we are delighted to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Weekend getaway

This house is very clean and exactly as advertised. There were long lines to get into the community, maybe due to the spring break but it took me a good half hour to get through the gate. I would only suggest to have more pool towels and kitchen utensils. But overall this was a really nice stay.

Unfortunate stay

Initially the home is beautiful but while staying we encounter a numbers of fixes needed to the property. The host was attentive to these and did have maintenance come to fix the one issue and we seemed to have the blinds fixed after we left. A few other things were broken and were brought to the attention of the host but these did not affect our stay (door stop broken off the wall, lamp broken). There also was a large amount of animal hair in the home on the main floor area rug. Our major concern was the sizeable piece of glass my son found on his bedroom floor when he woke up on our first morning after cutting him foot on it. This cut required us to change our plans of heading to the parks which we had already purchased tickets for. This unfortunate event was not taken seriously by the host and no assistance was offered to help with the glass issue. They did however ask how my son was and wished him a speedy recovery. This home is beautiful with a great pool and lots of space but I unfortunately will not consider this place for any future trips.

Was clean and comfortable, but needs to correct description. We were 11 adults 1 child . Sleeping accommodation were not good , two adults had to sleep on a blowup mattress,another couple pushed two kids bed together .pillows are worse then hospitals .there was no blow dryers at all . Bath towels are not to be used for pool but there was not enough pool towels for everyone .the floor carpet by couch is filthy . We should’ve been told about damage to blinds wineglass . We made the best of everything as we were a large family vacation. One complaint I have of the front entry gate . Some of us arrived at 8 pm , guard was nowhere to be found . He was i n restroom for good 30 minutes . There should be a sign in window or a buzzer . We walked around to side door knocking and no answer tried opening the door to call out if anyone was there the gentleman came out and instead of saying sorry was n restroom he attacked us with threats for trying To find him . The clubhouse amenities were great .

Nice house but I was robbed there

Nice and clean house, the pan are very small and the description said there was a camping cot, but there wasn't. We went to some parks and the distance was reasonable. We went to the beach and also stopped at Sam's and bought 5 beach chairs from Náutica. Since we weren't going to stay for many days and we only had 1 day left before we left, we left the chairs in an organized way on the porch in front of the house. The next day when we went to put them in the car to leave, they weren't gone. We called the contact details you gave us at check-in because we believed the condominium had taken the chairs and they told us that they don't take anything other than the trash left in front of the house. So I assume they were stolen. The house is very nice, but I was robbed there.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family spent 2 weeks in Orlando and could not be happier with our time at this condo. We loved the location and the space. Both of our kids were so happy with the large bedrooms and the overall space of the condo. We recommend this to any family that is planning to spend time in the Orlando area.

The place was fabulous, the description was accurate, the amenities were fantastic. Unfortunately we discovered bed bugs infestation the last night and one of our guests got bitten. I hope it is taking care of promptly and that some kind of credit can be provided.

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. Very easy communication with hosts. Traveled with a 4 year old and cleanliness is big for me, property was super clean, as well as bedding.

PROS: -The home is in a gated community. You must register yourselves and any guest driving who will require a parking permit to park overnight. This made me feel safe. -The home had plenty of bedrooms and beds. -One of the bedrooms was decorated very cute with Disney characters in a safari theme. -Everyone slept well. The beds are comfortable. -You can bring dogs. CONS: -The kitchen is stocked with some plates and silverware and the bare minimum cooking utensils. For such a large home that can sleep 12 per their listing, it is not enough. -This home is well used. The walls and baseboards and little nooks and crannies of the home are not well maintained. There are skid marks and dings and scuffs everywhere. The baseboards are dusty. The window covering are mishmashed. There was a dead bug in the shower. There were food crumbs in drawers. There was gritty dishwasher powder soap on some of the dishes. -They only provide a low set amount of supplies. For example one pool towel per BEDROOM not per person. One roll of TP per bathroom and one paper towel roll no matter how long your stay. No laundry detergent. -The pool is so small. Might as well be called an XL hot tub. -you have to pay a service fee for every little thing. Heat the pool? FEE Use the grill? FEE. -you can bring dogs but there are no fenced in yard area. We had problems with things we requested not being available. They did fix the problems but it took about 3 hours.

When we move the couch, we found that underneath the couch had many spills from previous stays look like it had not been cleaned under a couch in over months rug stuck horribly like dirty feet in the living room washing machine did not work Rats living just outside the front door when you place garbage out for them to pick up the rats were very apparent The management was not responsive at all. Also verbal did not back me up on this nor did the owner. They kept all 100% of the fees that I paid.

Our Family 5th vacation in Florida Kissimmee, Davenport area. 4th in Championship Gate. 1st with Insight Hospitality, that was awesome , Insight Hospitality management, was outstanding handling our AC issues at our 1st initial home . AC unit failed they responded swiftly moved my Family to another home that was Great as well ,both home were Great !!! Clean Home. Thank you Insight Hospitality Management for your Swift action, we had very young Children with us including, ours small kids,( pets dogs) . Moving was challenging but was successful.
