If you are someone that has a supreme sense of smell then you might want to think twice about staying here. The perfumes were really hard to tolerate in the lobby and in the hallways leading to my room. I had to shove a towel under my door to keep the smell out it was that strong. The bathrooms lacked amenities, just a simple bar of soap to wash your hands with and no dish to put it in. A raggedy torn bath rug and the room was barely cleaned because I located hair and a previous guests eye contact in the shower. The conditioner dispenser had shampoo in it and after a long day at the parks your priority is to wash and condition your hair. I called down and it took 4 hours for someone to run up the conditioner. The rooms are not as impressive as the photos presented on the websites and our beds had a torn looking bed cover on the box spring. Bedding definitely needs to be upgraded. We tried the bus service to the park one day because we were told that there were no stops and the bus would go directly to the parks, that was a lie. It made 3 stops and it took about 1.5 hours before we actually arrived at the gates to the park. It was beyond frustrating to be misinformed.
The hotel restaurant to me saved our stay. Food was delicious, delivered quickly and the stay superb! Their hotel store provisions also very good but the baristas not very friendly. There was entertainment but we stayed so late at the parks each night that we didn’t have time to enjoy that portion
