Great place for a family!

Nice, clean house with comfortable beds and nice pool. Good location - great community area. The hot tub never got hot for us, so that was a bummer. Also busy highway behind the house, so a little noisy.

Great FL Stay!

We loved everything about this home! Wanted to give it 4 stars for the lack of basics: no salt/pepper, cooking oil, not nearly enough papertowels/toilet paper for a five bedroom home for a week - so plan to bring/purchase your own. Otherwise, a beautiful stay.

Great property and complex

We had two issues with our stay. First, the cable did not work for the last three days of our trip, and the refrigerator went out the day before we left. I had called and left a voicemail with Jeeves that day, but no one returned my call. Luckily we didn't watch much tv, and we did;t have a lot of food to throw away because of the refrigerator issue. It was rather frustrating that no one from Jeeves called me back. The property itself was great. We have stayed at the Encore complex multiple times and would highly recommend this area.

Perfection

We had a family of six; our immediate family of four with two kids (5 and 2) and my parents. This house was PERFECTION. It was huge and the perfect amount of space (plus more!) for all of us. The pool was amazing and we appreciated the very aggressive pool alarm. Pool safety is always my #1 concern when traveling with two young children. There was no way they could sneak into the pool area without us knowing that alarm! We have already looked at booking this exact house again, we loved it so much! Thank you!

Nice property, but needs better communication

This property was in a nice, gated, (busy!) neighborhood. The house itself was beautiful - the decor was nice, the fun in the garage was great, the beds were comfortable, onsite laundry was a plus, and we loved having so many bathrooms and space to spread out. We had some very frustrating moments that could’ve been easily prevented with better communication. We never received a check-in email, and I’m used to the check in instructions just being within the app when I’ve started at other properties so I didn’t realize we didn’t have them til we were already very close to the property after spending 13 hours in a car and after 10pm, so we had to wait for the “emergency” contact. It took the person 15 minutes to find the door code. They said I should’ve received a check-in email, so I asked if they could just resend it if it was that simple, but they said they couldn’t find it. During the course of the stay we had two other situations arise where we had a question about the property and it took servers email exchanges to get our answer which wasted a lot of time. They did refund 2 days of pool heat since that was one of our complaints, which was nice but it didn’t change the fact that we couldn’t use the pool for two days. And once we could, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Also, there was only 5 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one serving of coffee provided for 7 people so we had to go to the store, which we wouldn’t have expected to have to do at a place that claims to be “luxury”. Maybe this would be different in non-covid times, but again, this is a point that would’ve been nice to have been communicated ahead of time so we could bring it along instead of having to make a late night wal-mart run. Overall, I would still definitely book this place again, but I would make sure I got the check in instructions, ask them ahead of time if they indeed got the pool heat turned on in time for us to actually enjoy it, and ask for a full list of what is and isn’t provided. These are topics I wouldn’t expect to have to think through if the property is being managed well. This property certainly has the potential to be a top-rated place, but the kinks need to be worked out.
