I was in a two bedroom condo with a spacious kitchen. It’s was clean and very comfortable. Great beds! Kitchen had stove, oven, blender, toaster. It doesn’t have any supplies though which was expected cause they have a grocery store on the property. It didn’t have a whole lot of utensils either. Staff were very kind. Plenty of towels. On request they provided me with extra blankets and dishwasher soap within 15 mins. Pools were clean. We enjoyed our time in water park. Thank you Fetch from front desk for checking in. Ill certainly come back 🙂

The room was spacious, had a full kitchen. They had a water park with a lazy river on site. There was also restaurants and an arcade there as well. The place is huge and very easy to get lost in but the staff were very responsive when I sent a message for help. The paint and flooring in the hallways is outdated and the dryer in our unit didn’t work well. Overall would definitely stay here again!

We visited in the beginning of January 2026 for only 1 night since we were returning from a cruise and flying out the next evening. We arrived around 11 AM and the front desk was very pleasant and. Understood that we wanted to check in as early as possible without paying extra $75 fee. The gentleman at the desk said we could use the pool and gave us a "dummy" room card to show to get into the pool area. The main pool with waterslides and lazy river was spacious and heated, with plenty of seating. The main pool closed at 5PM on weekdays and 7PM on weekends, but the other pool in the back of the property with the hot tub was open until 10PM the Saturday we stayed, which was nice! The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom suite we had was was clean and spacious. TV's in each room + the main living area. Washer and dryer with 1 pack of Tide detergent but no washcloths for showering which was a little strange. I called guest services for a sponge that we were missing from or suite and extra bedding for the pull out bed, And both times the front desk associate answered promptly and was very friendly and the items were delivered within 30 minutes. The arcade was pretty large and lots of games, although pretty expensive(about $2 per game for the lower cost games). However, we didn't get to play in in The only complaint I have is pricing for the Market on site. VERY expensive! Go to Walmart 5 minutes away for food and room essentials! Great place overall!
