We arrived and one of the rooms had spiders in the bed, not one but 5-11! There were no towels, pillows, blankets in the rooms. Went to front desk 6+ times about the same issue and still haven’t heard back from the manager!

Overall this is a great place for a family vacation. We enjoyed the water park and swimming pool, but there was so much more. My only issue was the upkeep of the room, repairs had been done sloppy and no fitted sheet on the bed only a flat one that kept coming off. Other than that room was spacious for our family of four. Washer and dryer in unit. Full Kitchen etc.

We loved the pools and the waterpark .. I would have to say our room was great except lacking utensils for cooking .. we had to buy some dish towels and call down for a cookie sheet and other things .. but they gave them to us .. other than that the places was nice and clean and fun

Great property, it has a lot of things to do. The water park and pool is a great amenity!! Only thing is that the resort is really big - be prepared for a lot of walking to and back from your room. Would come back again!

I liked that we could cook, swim, boating, waterpark and there was a great bar. There was transportation but the Shuttle was a bit unorganized in the sense that it was not on time which limits the time at the park, it was not frequent and people did not respect first come first serve on the line for the bus.
