I had a horrible check in. Stayed in Building 2 of The Grove. Place was "clean" with dust that hasn't been wiped. elevator was dirty and tiles falling out. See pics. They had no luggage carts in the individual buildings. There was a rusty leak underneath the bathroom floor that rose up and transferred to the tub mat. I found hair on my bed, and on folded towels. Many towels were stained - should be permanently replaced and not put in guest rooms. Furniture was beat up and not maintained. Horrible experience never again.

Cons: 1. Our room was not fully made up, a bed wasn't finished, pillows were missing, the TV wasn't initially working, and we didn't have pool towels. 2. It may have been better if the weather was nice and we had more use of the property but to have $150 additional "resort fees" attached when the services were not available was upsetting. 3. It was very difficult to reach anyone in the hotel- even calling the front desk from my room had me on hold for over 35 minutes. 4. Everything in the on site store was so over priced (read $12 for a small box of cereal) it over shadowed the convenience factor. Pros: 1. The space was a great size for our family stay as we were 6 people and all fit comfortably. 2. It was quiet and very private feeling. 3. It had beautiful views and the pools and water park looked like they would have been nice if the weather was better. 4. The higher up staff members were kind and helpful and did fix up our room and adjust fees accordingly.

Property was beautiful the suite very large and spacious had everything you need , unfortunately I was unable to visit the resort and the amenities that it had to offer to the the cold front it was very cold and raining even tho the staff stated that the pool was heated but there was no way I was going out to try it out , hopefully I can revisit again sometime later this year

The place looks pretty but the key card system was down so we had to be let in by security every time we needed to get into the room. It was a maze through hallways to get to the room. We needed a trolly for our luggage and we had to leave our id at the desk to get one, then try and maneuver it through the halls and doors. Our room was in the building for check in and it was soooo loud plus people on their balcony until 11/12 with super loud music.
