Good: spacious suites, fun water park that was perfect for our tweens, clean, easy parking Less than good: kitchen and bedrooms sparsley stocked (no s&p, random number of utensils, few hangers, no extra pillows or blankets), thin walls, awful bracelet key that has to be cut off to remove, $45/day resort fee that we had to pay upon check-in (what happened to upfront pricing?) Good far outweighs the bad, good for families who want room and fun for kids

Our stay was ok. There were some issues that we had off the bat that left a bad taste in our mouth. We arrived really late at night to a suite that had a flooded laundry/utility room and had to transfer rooms in the middle of the night. We also decided to on our last dinner there to try out one of the restauraunts. They had no staff. Our food was terrible and cold and 2 people only got their food after the bill was paid and we had to head back to our room. And even then, the food order was incorrect for the 3rd time. They gave us a 10% discount which was nothing in exchange for bad food, service, and a bad taste in our mouth. There were other things in between but those were 2 of the major ones.

Our trip was exceptional! We are a family of 5 and it’s always a great experience, what I can say is Saturdays- good luck getting an empty elevator , mainly had to use the stairs and we’re on the 6th flood. Only complaint! Food and drinks were great and the pool was spacious for the amount of people that were there

They say they have transportation to the parks which isn’t really true. They don’t go to all the parks and they only go once a day which doesn't work for most peoples schedule. The bus rides aren’t a direct trip so you’re on the bus up to an hour. We stayed 8 days with no house keeping. You have to ask two or three times to get trash bags, toilet paper ect. They gave us a broom but no dust pan so I swept everything into the laundry area. Our bathroom had water damage that wasn’t fixed. For the amount of money I would never stay there again.

Five stars all around! The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the staff was very accommodating. The waterpark was a bit pricey, but overall, a fantastic stay.

The pool and waterpark were open and then closed a lot during our visit. Weather was okay but the lightning was too close. They can't control the weather tho. With that said there were kids screaming and running up and down the halls until super late into the night. My biggest complaint honestly. For it being a resort even being family friendly I just didn't expect that. Our smoke alarm in our room was chirping and had a low battery but that was fixed after a call to the front desk which by the way takes a really long time to get a hold of someone as well. Overall it's okay for the couple days we stayed but I wouldn't stay for extended trips personally.
