The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful. The early morning complimentary bakery and coffee were delightful. The location was excellent—a brief walk to the station. I would definitely visit again.

The property is definitely showing its age. Burn marks on the furniture and floor from cigarettes etc. it was just dingy and old. But the location is great and the staff was helpful and friendly. It’s a cheap option if you’re not going to be doing anything more than sleeping in the room. We were gone 12 hours a day so it worked for us.

"Breakfast" is not a perk

Hotel is overall a good value. Outdated and rundown, yes, but very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Don't let the "free breakfast" attract you: it was Bunn burner coffee and a cold not-so-fresh bagel or a flavorless muffin. We ended up going out for breakfast in the end.

We went in for a music concert. Excellent location close to Madison Square Garden. Staff was nice and very helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is breakfast: basically muffins and coffee/ tea. That’s it. Icon Parking available a block away was very convenient (not related to the hotel) Overall, it was a good stay.

Good for a quick stay, but the room felt not clean. I chose not to shower since I was only there for one night. The bed was very cheap as well. All that said, it's still an affordable place to stay in the middle of Manhattan.

Very well situated in Chelsea. However only basic amenities( no tea/coffee making facilities in your room). Very basic breakfast. Bagel and a muffin. Tea or coffee. Also very limited to what you can put on the bagel. Staff were helpful enough though. Room we found was mostly clean but needed upkeep. Heater on the wall had a big hole around it so there was quite a draft. Also windows where thin and no sound protection during very loud nights.

Hotel is outdated but is located at a great location eith many restaurants nearby. Hotel is walking distance to Times Square, Midtown, Hudson yards, Tribeca. It is close to Penn station with easy access to public transit. The hotel provides coffee and tea along with delicious bagels (not the frozen ones but rather bagels from some local bagel bakery) for breakfast.
