Absolutely wonderful stay, staff couldn't be more helpful only removed a star as shower was freezing cold and slight draft from window but maintenance were quick to fix the shower issue.

The water pressure in the shower is really low. There’s a half glass wall coverage with no door, leads to bathroom floor being flooded. Parking options are terrible and not explained well before arriving. You need to have a room key inserted to the wall to power lights, tv and A/C, I left my card and the housekeeping team took it.

The staff were superb. Quickly responded to a concern about the room and arranged a suitable alternative. Wonderful to see young people with learning difficulties being given opportunities and supported in the workplace. All hotels should learn from this.
