The spacious home has been recently renovated with a warm yet modern design. Clean lined and modern, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a chef-grade gas range, ample natural light and island seating that complements the adjacent dining area with additional table seating. Separated from the kitchen and dining area by a chic cable railing and a small set of steps is the airy and light-filled living room that connects to a small den area. The private backyard with a deck and outdoor dining space can be accessed through a door in the dining room and another door in the den.



Everyone is bound to love their sleeping quarters! Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor features a queen bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub; the second bedroom has two stylish Jenny Lind beds, plus an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
