Great hotel and location

We had an incredible stay here. The room we had was the best by far in our trip in Japan. It was spacious and the bathroom and shower were great. The self-service laundry was helpful. The location is perfectly close to the main shopping strips and train stations. The staff were very friendly making our stay very pleasant. We would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka.

Location. Great location walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I made good use of the washers and dryers. The staff was very helpful in getting taxis for us. We also ate at the breakfast buffet during our stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel the flag to anyone.

This is the best hotel ive stayed in Osaka. It is 600 feet from the Shinshaibashi train station and steps away from boutique restaurants. In addition, they have full staff English speakers at the reception that are super helpful. The breakfast is free and is also amazing! I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great value!

Good hotel that is within walking distance to trains and shopping area. Areas of improvement would be to provides more hangers and create areas to open luggage in the room. The room is considered big as compared to most hotels in Japan but there is alot of waste of space where they can provide hooks and luggage space.

This hotel is very nice, clean and modern and in a very good location. The staff are very hospitable and speak very good english. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is in the heart of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, but provides a peaceful and quiet oasis just minutes from the main streets. We found our room comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
