Good location, close to subway and several convenience stores. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Staff were great and the room and amenities were nice. The only disadvantage was that it’s located a subway ride away from night life, and the main tourist attractions and there are not too many restaurants to choose from nearby.

The staff was welcoming and kind during check-in. The room was clean, simple, and completely fine. I love the proximity to Osaka city trains and the Keihan line to Kyoto. VERY convenient. Also wonderful to have a 7/11 right next door. The laundry room wasn’t working so that was a bummer. I also didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast. Overall, minor details. The stay was 4.5/5 stars.

Overall we had a good experience here. The room was small, not a lot of room for our bags. Close to a 7-11 and Family Mart for snacks/breakfast. No issues here just wish the room was slightly bigger.

The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. No delays just unhelpful staff who didn’t want to do it. We then demanded the service which they did and our bags arrived on time in our following destination.

Hotel is in a business area of the city. There are lots of coffee shops around the location. Five minute walk to the train station. Only one stop away from Umeda station. Room was very large compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Great staff, offer a welcome beverage. Used the washing machines and they worked great.
