Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had an amazing experience. We left for a couple of hours each morning and came back to our rooms being cleaned every single night we came back to our rooms. They supply you with all the necessities such as shampoo, toothbrush, etc. The hotel itself is very clean there were no signs of previous trash or stains in our bed sheets. The hotel also provides free wifi for their guest for each room. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The overall property was great. We always had clean towels and amenities refreshed. I also enjoyed the bath house and TV casting. It was overall a great experience until we wanted to ship our luggage to our next hotel. The receptionist who helped us was very rude. He gave us attitude once we told him we wanted to ship our luggage. He sighed loudly and rolled his eyes. We accidentally gave him the wrong person name for our next hotel for confirmation and he rolled his eyes once I told him and told me to write down the right name. Once all paperwork was filled he told us cash only. It was early in the day so we didn’t have cash only card and so we told him we’ll be right back. He again sighed loudly asking if the cash was in our room and we said no we have to go to the ATM downstairs and again he just gave attitude that was not necessary. If he would’ve said it was cash only, my partner could’ve gone to get the cash while I filled out the papers. This experience with this staff member really soured our experience at this hotel. All other staff members I interacted with besides this man was very helpful and sweet. Again, the hotel itself was amazing but unfortunately had a bad experience with one staff member.
