The rooms are nice and clean, and you’ll be comfortable once you’re inside. Just be aware that the soundproofing isn’t great, so any noise outside will find its way in. The big catch is actually finding the entrance. It’s a bit of a hidden gem—emphasis on hidden. Google Maps might tell you it’s right by the station, but in reality, you’re over a kilometer away. It took me a good half hour to actually locate the entrance because it didn’t match the map pin. So if you’re counting on it being a quick hop from the metro, you might be in for a surprise. Once you do get in, it’s fine for a short stay—just one night is probably ideal. The breakfast is okay, nothing special, and keep in mind that if you’ve had a long day of walking, the lack of a quick entrance and occasional elevator issues can be a headache. If you’re not too picky about the location quirks, it’ll do the job.

Good value for price as I got a good deal on Expedia, making this property cheaper than the rest of same grade in the area. The breakfast was pretty good with both western and Japanese variety. I was pretty full each morning. The room (mine was standard with big twin beds) layout was good. The closet was a bit small for two people and there weren’t enough wall hooks to make up for the problem. With the construction next door it could get a little noisy early in morning sometimes, like as early as 8a. It wasn’t persistent noise and not daily during my five night stay that ran into the weekend. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Osaka Station but was fine for me given the price of the hotel. It's walking accessible by underground, covered area from the train and subway stations though one can easily get lost in the underground maze. I’d stay here again if can get good deal too next time. If same price as others closer to main station then I’d choose some place closer.
