Great area, lots of dining and shops below hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff was helpful and courteous. Only negative was that breakfast was expensive and not worth the money, better off getting something to eat elsewhere.

The room was very clean with plenty of ammenities. The only downside was the bathroom smelled a bit damp. Breakfast each morning eith a big selection and we found the hotel in a convenient location for everything in Osaka and to travel to other places nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located among many nice restaurants but in what seems to be a red light district so beware. Although it still means tourists are very safe because it is in Japan.
