I would suggest spending a little more money and staying somewhere else. When we checked into the hotel they were cleaning rooms and the entire floor up to the entrance of our room/ our door was crowded with dirty laundry and garbage. Not a huge deal because I understand the staff are cleaning but with luggage it was a pain to dodge everything and also, there’s got to be a better way of doing this. The bathroom was pretty bad overall, there was mold on the sink behind the faucet, mold in the actual shower on the white ADA shower handle, and yellow mold on the shower curtain. Beds were stiff as boards. Elevators took forever to get to the floor/ entrance/exit. Staff friendliness was mediocre at best.

It is located in central Osaka near the Osaka train station. Lots of shopping and dining options within the walking distance. Certainly enjoyed the three night stay here.

The room was nice, the area around the hotel is full of life. Restaurants, shops, etc.. Only downside was the limited amount if elevators for a tall hotel. Only 3 elevators for 16 floors of rooms. Great hotel for the room and area!

Decent hotel nearby Osaka Stn, Umeda Sky Building, with plenty of great restaurant and bars nearby as well. Like many Japanese hotels, this also has a convenience store on the property. Smooth check-in/out. Very walkable area. Safe area. Hotel was above average and we found the room to be somewhat dirty (dusty, some stains on side tables) but nothing to complain about

Very conveniently located property. There’s a subway station right outside and it’s a short walk to Osaka Station. The staff is top notch! Excellent housekeeping and front desk staff. They are extremely polite and courteous and helpful!
