Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Hotel is beautiful and situated in a great location within walking distance of the train station. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of options from sweets to savory. Only problem I had was room could be a bit cleaner as it was a bit dusty and there was some sort of sticky spilled drink all over the back of the bed.

Room was clean and ready an hour before our offical check-in time, so they were able to accommodate us early. The spa and sauna in the women's public bath were in great shape and had toiletries available there. Check-in and check-out were seemless. I appreciated that they did offer luggage forwarding.
