The room was comfortable but snug. We booked a triple, but it looked like the room we stayed at used to be a double and then they just added a temporary bed in there, so it was extra tight. The amenities were okay. Staff was very friendly.

Loved our stay at the Royal! Fantastic start to our Japan trip and if we could we would have booked it in every city we are staying. Staff- super friendly and helpful, rooms - had everything we needed, view - amazing, breakfast- delicious (with lots of choice for a vegetarian too). Location was awesome as well - on the main Midosouji strip. Couldn't recommend it enough - thank you!

The room was amazing, super cozy, lots of things provided for guests. Even had someone help me to my room with my luggage when I checked in. I was also able to have my luggage sent to the hotel with a service from the airport. Super amazing stay I was sad to leave!!

The room and it's amenities. We were on the lowest floor of the guest rooms. On our floor, there is a washer/dryer machine. The machine is clean. What is the best is that I can check whether the machine is in use from the TV in our room. The hotel is in a convenient location, right between two stations on the Midosuji line. The breakfast is good. Is there is a desk in the room, that would be perfect. Will stay again

Of course they had A/C which is good. The room is perfect. I really love this hotel as it was my second time staying there. Close to the 淀屋橋駅, Yodoyabashi-ek which you would take the Osaka Metro 御堂筋線, Midōsuji-sen. The staff members are very helpful and great service. After a long day roaming around Osaka or having fun at USJ, you can take a nice long bath after a shower which is separate of course.
